Are you guys legitimate?

Yes we are a 100% legitimate company who have many happy customers throughout South Africa. We do however understand that people may be skeptical because of the nature of online shopping in South Africa. Can you match a price for me?

Yes, we will be more than happy to match a price for you however please note that the quote must come from a reliable retail company/computer shop. This does not include individuals with no reputation. It also does not include Evetech.

Why don’t you guys price match/work with Evetech?

Although we fully respect Evetech and appreciate the way they have innovated the gaming community in South Africa . Due to their controversy surrounding grey imports as well as past experience with defective products that we have received from Evetech. We don’t associate ourselves or work with Evetech. We also do not match any quotes from them as mentioned in the above FAQ because it cannot be proven that their stock is coming from a reliable supplier.

Are your suppliers reliable?

Yes, our suppliers are 100% reliable. We work directly with various South African Distribution channels in order to bring you the best quality products at affordable prices. We are currently not importing any products ourselves.

Do you provide technical services?

We currently only provide technical services to customers that have bought products from us. We do not offer technical services to other people/companies however, we will be more than happy to direct you to a reliable computer service shop/technician in your area.

Can I contact you guys for a product not listed on your website?

Yes you may. However, please note that this may incur shipping charges if the product is under the value of R4500.

Are prices negotiable?

That depends on wether you are buying more than 1 of a product. We offer discounted rates to customers looking to purchase more than one of a product. Please note that this is only available through sales on email/whatsapp. This is not available online in order to allow a more personalised service to our business or bulk buying customers.

Do you offer special rates to businesses?

Yes we offer special rates to business customers as mentioned in the above FAQ. Each business customer is provided a personal sales representative to assist them with with all their needs.
